A lubricating oil is made up of a base oil and additives. The success of our lubricating oil is based on just the right combination of ingredients. Depending on the application, our products protect against friction, wear and corrosion, are neutral towards the materials involved, approved for applications in the food industry, resistant to high temperatures and rapidly biodegradable.

With the validation of our facility in Munich (the first company in the city to achieve this) and the Environmental Statements of 1996 and 1998, Klüber made environmental matters a top priority and went some way to reducing this friction. The development of biodegradable products is also a step in the right direction. Advanced industrial lubricants with longer service lives allowing lifetime lubrication are alternatives of high ecological value.
